 ble rendering of digital humans is an important and ongoing research area 
 in content production. In this section we share our experience of how to r
 econstruct and manipulate the spectral properties of human skin from simpl
 e RGB albedo captures. We will show how we could leverage Monte Carlo ligh
 t simulation over an accurate biophysical human skin layering model parame
 terised by its most important components, thereby covering a plausible ran
 ge of human skin colours. The practical complexity of the model allows us 
 to learn the inverse mapping from any albedo to its most probable associat
 ed spectral skin properties which will help us to create human avatars in
