Jason was born and raised in Chicago, IL and bounced around with his family before finally settling down in Lansing, MI. After high school he enlisted in the US Army for 4 years before attending the Columbus College of Art & Design while serving for the National Guard and studying film and animation. Immediately after graduating he moved out to Los Angeles to begin a career in animation, eventually becoming an animation supervisor and then finding his passion in previsualization so he could focus on storytelling. During his career he has worked on major feature films and television such as The Avengers, Oblivion, Venom, Star Trek Discovery, The Orville and The Mandalorian, Spiderman No Way Home and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
