Biography
Queen is a proven HR professional and D&I Practitioner with over 10 years of experience working as a thoughtful advocate for inclusive workplace culture. She is ILM/Lucasfilm’s first head of Diversity & Inclusion. At ILM/Lucasfilm, she is responsible for developing and implementing the global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy across all of ILM/Lucasfilm’s studios around the world.
Through the TechWomen program, an initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Queen serves as a professional mentor to young women and girls in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Queen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
