Jaykar Arudra is a VFX Supervisor at DNEG in Mumbai and recently worked on Brahmastra. Over the last 2 decades, Jaykar has lent his expertise as a CG supervisor and VFX supervisor to many of the top studios in India. Since starting his career in the visual effects industry, Jaykar has earned nearly 15+ production credits for film, both as a CG and VFX Supervisor. He has led teams on a multitude of projects for a variety of high-profile clients and worked on high-end ride films mono, stereo, and 360-degree stereo, and has the ability to provide technical solutions for compensating projection distortions. As visual effects supervisor, Jaykar leads projects from pre-production through to post. He brings his multidisciplinary skillset to the table, from on-set location expertise to storyboarding, supervising, production planning, team-building, and management. Jaykar's talent, both as an in-studio and on-set VFX Supervisor has made him a potential talent. His major projects include films such as Venom, Infinite, Tron-Legacy, Greyhound, Rim of the World, King Kong : Skull Island Reign of Kong ride and the animation film Planes and Tinker bell.
