Oded Stein received a BSc in Mathematics in 2013 and a MSc in Mathematics in 2015 from ETH Zurich under the supervision of Ralf Hiptmair of the Seminar for Applied Mathematics. In 2020, he received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University under the supervision of Eitan Grinspun for his research of smoothness energies in geometry processing. Since 2022 he is a postdoctoral fellow at MIT’s Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab with the gracious support of the Swiss National Science Foundation’s Early Postdoc.Mobility fellowship.
