SATOSHI KOMORITA received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from the University of Tokyo in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He joined KDDI Corporation in 2006 and engaged in mobile network research, IEEE/MPEG Standardization, and smartphone development. He is currently the Senior Manager in charge of 3D Transmission Laboratory in KDDI Research, Inc. His current research interests are human pose recognition, position estimation from images, and point cloud compression.
