Peter Whidden
Biography
Peter is a creative software engineer whose work spans physics, astronomy, machine learning, and computer graphics. Peter has previously worked at the New York Times R&D Lab, where he worked on bringing neural rendering to the web, and at Amazon, where he worked on video classification systems. Peter has also worked with the Data Intensive Research in Astrophysics and Cosmology (DIRAC) Institute to develop software used to search for minor planets in the Kuiper belt.
