Prof. Dr. Siegfried Wahl, honorary professor at the University Tübingen, is Principal Investigator of the ZEISS Vision Science Lab within the Ophthalmic Research Institute. He is a lecturer and application expert in the Medical Faculty of the University Tübingen for medical technology innovations. His research aims to gain an understanding of the development of vision, the interaction of light with the eye and the eyeglass lens, and of the processing of the image in the brain in many different and dynamic situations. Also, he researches pathological changes to enable their diagnosis and treatment to enable personalized solutions for enhanced vision.
